Conflict plays a significant part in the professional lives of lawyers across practice areas.  This professional development session will comprise a panel discussion. Speakers will provide strategic advice to CCLA members on best practices for ethically and professionally diffusing high conflict situations with clients, opposing counsel and colleagues.
